今年正好是中国著名的“大跃进”50周年的大纪念日。1958年的大跃进之后，中国进入了三年自然灾害。三年自然灾害有天灾原因，更有人为原因，1958年的赶英超美、砸锅吃食堂造成了巨大的灾难。但除了中国国内的因素外，人们是否也考虑过这个问题呢？：为什么这个灾难能够持续三年之久？国际上都在干什么呢？无论世界是两个阵营也好，中苏分裂也好，但人民受灾，世界应该不会坐视不救。
　　这里就涉及到了一个“自然问题”：中国人口那么多，如果一旦国内粮食、食品一下子供应塌陷，恐怕集世界的力量也救不了。自古以来，“民以食为天”，从中国历史上可以看到，自然灾害和粮食的严重短缺经常成为改朝换代的起因。

　　不往那么远处看，仅就1958年至今的50年而言，现在中国的人口比当时的“六万万五千万”正好多了一倍，那么为什么现在世界出现粮食危机，中国却不受什么影响，甚至对全世界能起到一定的稳定作用呢？怎么会有这么大的变化呢
